摘　　要：学科馆员兼任学术秘书制度对学科馆员的自身发展和图书馆建设都有着重要意义。本文从学术秘书的任职条件、工作职责以及图书馆现有人员配置上阐述了学科馆员兼任学术秘书的可行性,并对图书馆实施该制度提出若干应对策略。The system of a subject librarian concurrent posting an academic secretary will play an important role on the progress of the subject librarians themselves and the development of the library.This article has elucidated the feasibility of the system of a subject librarian concurrent posting an academic secretary from requirements of the position and work duties as an academic secretary and the personnel configuration of library. Furthermore, some corresponding strategies were put forward on the implementation of this system in the university libraries.
