摘 要:目的探讨心血管疾病患者血清同型半胱氨酸(HCY)水平和血液流变学指标的变化及其相互关系。方法用化学发光法测定46例冠心病患者、49例原发性高血压患者和50例健康对照者血清HCY水平;平行测定血液流变学指标,并对HCY与血流变指标进行相关分析。结果心血管疾病患者血清HCY浓度明显高于健康对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);血液流变学指标与健康对照组比较,高切全血黏度、低切全血黏度、红细胞聚集指数、红细胞刚性指数和红细胞变形指数差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);心血管病患者血清HCY浓度与血流变异常指标呈正相关。结论HCY水平与血液流变学异常可能与心血管疾病发病有关;HCY浓度与血液流变学检测对于冠心病的诊断和治疗有一定意义。Objective To investigate the level of serum homocysteine and the changes of hemorheological indices, and to explore their relationship in patients with coronary heart disease (CHD). Methods The level of HCY was determined by chemiluminescence immunoassay and the hemorheological indices were determined in 46 patients with coronary heart disease (CHD group), 49 patients with primary hypertension (hypertension group) and 50 healthy controls (healthy control group). The relationship between them was analyzed. Results The level of HCY was significantly higher in CHD group than that in healthy control group (P〈0.05). The differences of hemorheological indices (high- and low-shear whole blood viscosity, RBC aggregation index, RBC rigidity index, and RBC deformation index) were significant between CHD group and healthy control group (P〈0.05). There was a positive correlation between serum level of homocysteine and the change of hemorheological indices in patients with cardiovascular disease. Conclusion The abnormality of HCY level and hemorheological indices may be associated with occurrence of cardiovascular disease. Determination of HCY level and hemorheological indices contributes to diagnosis and treatment of coronary heart disease.
