摘  要:目的:对3种雷公藤生药整体固态生物转化后的分段提取物进行抗炎、免疫药理作用比较,初步判断生物转化产物对药效的影响。方法:二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀、免疫器官重量测定、2,4-二硝基氟苯(DNFB)致小鼠迟发性超敏反应实验。结果:转化后的甲醇总提物抗炎作用比未转化者强,尤其是3#菌种转化总提物的作用最强;TW2和TW3的醋酸乙酯部分对小鼠胸腺系数呈增加趋势;TW3的石油醚和氯仿部分对免疫器官、醋酸乙酯部分对细胞免疫的抑制作用增强。结论:转化后样品与未转化的对照品在抗炎、免疫作用上发生了一定变化,提示转化产物中的活性物质基础可能有所改变。To research the antiinflammatory and immunological pharmacology effect of bioconversion product of crude Tripterygium wilfordii ( TW ) . Methods : The mice' experiments of swelling of auricle induced by dimethyl benzene, weight determination of immune organs, delayed hypersensititivity reaction induced by DNFB were selected.Results: The effect of total MeOH extractive of bioconversion product was better than that of non-transformed product, especially the TW3(MeOH) extractive. The TW2 ( EtOAc ) and TW3 ( EtOAc ) increased thoracic gland coefficient of mouse. The TW3(DAB-6),TW3 ( CHCl3 ) and TW3 ( EtOAc ) increased the inhibitory action on peripheral immune organs and cell immunity of mouse. Conclusion:The antiinflammatory and immunological pharmacology effect of TW had changed after biotransformation, which indicated that the active compound basis of transformed products may be different.
