摘 要:为了优化苯乙烯装置的设计和操作,进一步降低操作费用,需要对苯乙烯精馏中阻聚剂的用量和使用效果进行预测,以便根据不同的操作条件确定经济的阻聚方案。先在90,100,110,120℃对常规阻聚剂邻仲丁基4,6-二硝基苯酚(DNBP)的阻聚效果进行了测量,并在实验结果基础上建立苯乙烯阻聚表观动力学模型。用某装置实际操作数据与模型预测的对比显示建立的模型具有较高的准确性,满足工程设计和操作的要求。最后使用此动力学模型对苯乙烯精馏系统几种典型情况的阻聚方案进行了分析研究,为工程设计和操作提供了合理的依据。For optimizing the design and operation of the styrene separation plant, and reducing the operating cost, it is necessary to predict the consumption and effect of inhibitor in styrene distillation so as to select an economical inhibition scheme for the different operation conditions. The retardation effect of 4,6-dinitro-2-sec-butylphenol (DNBP) was measured at 90, 100, 110 and 120℃, respectively. The apparent inhibition model of styrene was established based on the experimental data. By comparing the operation data from one plant with those of the model, it shows that this model has high veracity and satisfies the requirement of engineering and operation. Finally, the inhibition schemes of some typical operations of styrene distillation were analyzed by this inhibition model. It provides reasonable foundation for engineering and operation.
