壮医皮肤针治疗丹毒局部皮肤硬肿疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察壮医皮肤针治疗丹毒局部皮肤硬肿的疗效。方法将150例丹毒局部皮肤硬肿患者分为两组,针刺组110例,用壮医皮肤针、金黄散配合治疗;对照组40例,用金黄散治疗,观察两组有效率。结果针刺组总有效率为97.3%,对照组总有效率为75.0%,针刺组总有效率高于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论壮医皮肤针配合金黄散治疗丹毒局部皮肤硬肿能提高其总有效率。Objective To investigate the efficacy of Zhuang medical skin acupuncture in treating local erysipelatous hard swelling. Methods One hundred and fifty patients were allocated to two groups. The treatment group of 110 cases were treated with Zhuang medical skin acupuncture plus Gold Powder and the control group of 40 cases, with Gold Powder. The efficacy rate was investigated in the two groups. Results The efficacy rate was 97.3% in the treatment group and 75.0% in the control group. The total efficacy rate was higher in the treatment group than in the control group; there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Zhuang medical skin acupuncture plus Gold Powder can increase the efficacy rate for treating local erysipelatous hard swelling.
