摘 要:目的铬天青S-氟罗沙星分光光度法测定粉针剂中氟罗沙星的含量。方法在一定条件下,氟罗沙星与铬天青S反应生成在518nm处有最大吸收的n-π型1∶1电荷转移化合物或n-σ*型1∶1卤键化合物,利用铬天青S-氟罗沙星分光光度法测定氟罗沙星含量。结果氟罗沙星的线性范围为0.24-19.20mg/L(r=0.9997),检测限为0.018mg/L,精密度RSD=1.0%,方法回收率为(101±6.5)%。结论天青S-氟罗沙星分光光度法灵敏、简便、快速,可用于粉针剂中氟罗沙星的含量测定。Objective To determine the content of fleroxacin in powder for injection with chrome azurol S-fleroxacin spectrophotometry. Methods Under certain conditions, a molar ratio 1:1 n-π charge transfer or n-σ halogen bonding compound at 518 nm was formed between fleroxacin and chrome azurol S. The content of fleroxacin was determined by chrome azurol S-fleroxacin spectrophotometry. Results Linear range, detection limit, precision (RSI)) and recovery for fleroxacin were 0.24 - 19.20 mg/L( r = 0. 999 7 ) ,0.018 mg/L,1.0 and (101 ±6.5 )%, respectively. Conclusion Chrome azurol S-fleroxacin spectrophotometry is a sensitive, simple and fast method, and could be applied to determine the content of fleroxacin.
