摘  要:高强度船板钢试样在进行拉伸检验时,发生在部分试样断口处存在内裂纹和中心分层等缺陷。利用相应的手段检测分析了缺陷部位的金相组织、缺陷形态等,指出了成分偏析和硫化物夹杂以及铸坯内部矫直裂纹的产生是影响断口不合格的主要原因。通过对炼钢—连铸工序生产工艺的控制分析,找出了存在的问题,采取了相应的改进措施。通过改进实践,使得断口合格率得到提高。In the tensile test of high strength ship plate steel, some samples were detected with internal cracks and center delaminating defect. By detecting and analyzing the metallographic phase organization and morphology of the detects, the main causes of disqualification of fracture surface were pointed out, that was composition segregation, sulfide inclusion and inner straightening cracks of casting slab. After analyzing the process control of steelmaking and continuous casting, the existing problems were found and corresponding improvement measures were adopted. The acceptable ratio of fracture surface was improved.
