摘　　要：对湖州电网装设安全稳定控制系统的必要性进行分析,对安全稳定控制系统的构成方案及逻辑策略进行研究,对安全稳定控制系统所涉及的相关调度运行问题进行讨论。Security and stability control system of Huzhou power grid is studied. The author explains the neeessity to install the security control system, analyzes the structure scheme and the action logic of control system. The correla- tive issues on dispatching and operation of the security control system is discussed too.
