摘  要:为了考察在流化干燥中颗粒形貌对油菜秸秆干燥过程的影响,利用干燥箱在不同干燥温度下对圆柱形和半圆柱形油菜秸秆进行了等温干燥实验。结果表明,油菜秸秆干燥过程具有典型的干燥升温、等速、降速三个阶段,秸秆的纵截面比横截面更有利于吸着水的干燥。较好的干燥工艺条件为:干燥温度70℃,圆柱油菜秸秆的横截面积与自然面积比0.65;劈半油菜秸秆的纵截面积与横截面积比为2.5。通过Page方程的数据拟合,分别得出圆柱形和半圆柱形油菜秸秆在较好工艺条件下的干燥模型。In this paper, to investigate the influence of particle morphological appearance on fluidized drying process of rape straw, the isothermal drying experiment in drying oven for the cylindrical and semi-cylindrical rape straws was performed under the conditions of different temperature. The experimental results showed that the rape straw drying process is divided into such three typical periods as the temperature increasing period, constant rate period and fall rate period, and the vertical-section is more favorable than the cross-section to the absorbed water drying The better drying processes conditions is as follows: drying temperature, 70℃, the ratio of cross-section area to natural of cylindrical rape straw, 0.65; the ratio of vertical-section rate 2.5.
