摘　　要：目的调查广西南宁市部分社区人群肥胖者和非肥胖者的基线数据,探讨肥胖者发生胰岛素抵抗的风险因素以及肥胖与胰岛素抵抗二者间的关系。方法在广西南宁市部分居民社区横断面随机调查建立的"广西干部群体重大慢性疾病发病基线数据库"人群,采用随机整群抽样,录入资料完整的南宁市两个社区1072人作为本次研究对象。按2004年中华医学会(CDS)身高体重指数BMI≥25kg/m2为肥胖的诊断标准,其中肥胖组454人,非肥胖组618人,分别检测身高体重指数(BMI)、空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后血糖(PBG)和空腹胰岛素(FINS)以及用HOMA模型评价胰岛素抵抗(IR),并进行对比分析。结果肥胖组较非肥胖组BMI、FINS、HOMAIR均显著升高(P<0.0001)。结论BMI是肥胖者发生胰岛素抵抗的风险因素。肥胖者可能更容易发生严重的胰岛素抵抗。Objective To investigate the obese and non-obese baseline data of the groups of cadres in some of the institutions in Guangxi Nanning Province.Discussing the risk factors of the obese occurring the insulint resistance and the relation between the obesity and insulin resistance.Methods The participants from the social community in Guangxi major chronic diseases baseline data,random cluster sampling and chosed 1072 data entry integrity peoples as the research objects.By the Chinese Medical Association （CDS）＇ criteria in 2004,BMI≥25 kg/m^2 as the diagnostic criteria for obesity,the obesity group were 454 people and non-obese group are 618.Also we detected the body mass index （BMI）,fasting blood glucose （FBG）,postprandial blood glucose （PBG） as well as fasting insulin （FINS） and used the HOMA model to evaluate the insulin resistance. STATA9.0SE statistical program was used for the study of a comprehensive analysis.Results BMI, FINS,HOMAIR were significantly higher in the obese group than in the non-obese group（P〈0.0001）.Conclusions BMI is the risk factors whose the obese occurred insulin resistance.Obesity may be more prone to severe insulin resistance.
