摘　　要：对于资本开放度的测度,主要有基于政府管制的约束式方法和基于实际经济数据的开放式方法,本文对约束式方法进行了规范和改进,引入了资本账户各项目的权重,并在一定程度上建立了判断的标准,对G20国家的资本账户开放度进行了分析和比较。There are two complementary measures of capital account openness:restriction measure,which is based on government regulation,and openness measure,which is based on actual economic data.For regulating and improving the restriction measure,this paper introduces an judgment standard and the weights of each capital account,and makes a comparison of capital account openness of G20.
