摘 要:[目的]了解企业苯污染的职业卫生状况。[方法]抽检原配料和空气样品中的苯、甲苯和二甲苯含量;以被调查企业185名工人作为接触组,并根据岗位不同分为A(手工喷涂55人)、B(自动喷涂50人)、C(丝印58人)、D(清洗、包装22人)4组,以34名不接触苯作业者作为对照组,对其进行职业健康体检。[结果]2次抽检原料甲苯中苯含量分别为64.8g/kg和<0.02g/kg。A、B组工人外周血血红蛋白和血小板减少,C组工人血红蛋白和血小板减少,D组工人血小板减少,与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。[结论]作业工人即使仅接触低浓度苯,仍可引起机体的健康损害。[ Objective ] To investigate the occupational health in a private enterprise with irregular environment contamination of benzene. [ Methods ] The concentrations of benzene, methylbenzene and dimethylbenzene were tested in the samples from raw stuffs and air in the private enterprise. Occupational health examinations were carried out in 185 workers in the enterprise, who were classified into 4 groups on the basis of their work ( Group A: 55 workers for manually spraying and spreading; Group B: 50 workers for automaticl spraying and spreading; Group C: 58 workers for silk-screening; Group D: 22 workers for washing ), and in 34 controls without benzene exposure. [ Results ] The benzene concentrations in samples from two lots of raw stuffs were 64.8 g/kg and 〈0.02 g/kg, respectively. Compared with the data of controls, significant differences were found in decrease of hemoglobin( Hb )and platelet( Pit )in peripheral blood of workers in Group A and Group B, in decrease of Hb and Pit concentration in Group C, and in decrease of Pit counting in Group D. [ Conclusion ] The health of workers with irregular exposure to low concentration of benzene could be impaired in the enterprise.
