摘　　要：通过手动设定加热炉体内需要达到的温度后,温控系统会自动调节,使炉体内温度长时间保持在设定的温度,满足加热工艺要求。主要介绍了温控加热炉在中板厂备件更换工作中的应用,详细介绍了温控加热炉自动控制系统的控制原理和设计过程。The paper describes temperature controlled type electric reheating furnace with both reheating and heat treating functions. After the furnace temperature reaches the manual setup value, temperature control system will adjust the furnace temperature automatically and maintain the furnace temperature at a setup temperature for long duration in order to meet the requirements of reheating process. The paper highlights the application of temperature controlled type reheating furnace during spare part replacement in the Medium Plate Mill, details the control principle of the automatic control system for temperature controlled type reheating furnace and its design process.
