摘　　要：随着水电开发的日益深入,很多在自然保护区内的水资源也被开发,在开发水资源的同时必将对环境产生影响,只有坚持科学发展观和可持续发展,在水资源开发的同时积极进行环境保护,把环境保护和社会经济的发展放在统一位置,才能实现人与自然的协调发展和共同进步。With the increasing depth of hydropower development,the water resources has been developed in the nature reserve. At the same time when the water resources has been developed,the construction activities damage to the environment. When we uphold the concept of scientific development and sustainable development,protect the environment and put environmental protection and socio-economic development on a unified position,we can realize the coordinated development and common progress,between man and nature.
