摘　　要：为了更好地将静脉留置针应用于l临床，实施于患者，笔者不断地探索，不断地总结工作经验，积极寻找穿刺失败的原因。努力为患者提供安全、舒适的护理。要求护理人员具有良好的素质和修养，具有慎独精神，在临床护理工作中贯穿“以患者为中心”的服务理念，正确实施各项治疗及护理措施，保障患者安全。留置针的特点是：操作简单，套管柔软，套管在静脉内留置时间长而不易穿破血管壁，既减轻患者痛苦，又减少了护士的工作量，提高丁作效率。In order to better the clinical application of intravenous catheter system, in the implementation of the patients, and the author constantly exploring, constantly sum up experience and actively look for reasons for the failure of puncture. Efforts to provide patients with safe, comfortable care. I ask nursing staff with good quality and self - cultivation, with the spirit of the Shendu in clinical care and work through the ＂patient -centered＂ concept of service, the correct implementation of the care and treatment measures to protect patient safety. Catheter system is characterized by： simple, flexible casing, casing intravenous catheter in a long time and not easily pierced blood vessel wall, not only to alleviate the suffering of patients and reduce the workload of nurses and enhance efficiency.
