97例旋动式人工流产的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨旋动式人工流产临床使用价值及推广意义。方法按照人工流产手术常规对97例受术者施行旋动式人工流产手术，并与同期负压吸引的人工流产手术做简单的对比分析。结果施行旋动式人工流产手术的受术者手术疼痛明显减轻、不用扩张子宫口而且没有发现近、远期的流产手术的并发症。结论旋动式人工流产手术可最大限度的避免和减少人工流产中吸宫、扩张宫颈带来的痛苦．具有安全、简单、经济、痛苦小、副作用少的优点，是现代人工流产手术的一项创新。Objective To investigate the clinical application value and significance of rotary abortion. Methods The clinical symptoms of 97 cases with rotary abortion were observed routinely and compared with the approximate number of cases selected randomly with suction abortion. Results Without the expansion of uterine orifice in rotary abortion, the pain was remarkably mild in all 97 cases and no complications were found after the operation. Conclusion On the maximum avoidance of shortages of suction abortion, the rotary abortion is a safe, convenient and economic innovation with the advantages of less pain and side effects.
