牡丹皮中丹皮酚提取方法及工艺参数的优化

摘　　要：采用比较试验及正交试验法考察了乙醇回流、浸渍及水蒸气蒸馏对丹皮酚提取得率的影响,得到最佳的提取工艺及参数。The optimun extraction process were selected from three extraction methods according to the content of paeonol and it UV characters. Futhermore, the conditions of extraction process selected were studied with orthogonal test. The result showed that the yield of paeonol is 73. 7%, RSD 2. 93% (n=3) .
