摘　　要：研制了针对深空探测的超导滤波器和超导滤波放大组件,该超导滤波器在无需后期调谐的情况下,回波损耗大于25.16dB,驻波比小于1.12,插入损耗约0.04dB,阻带抑制达到了115dB以上;超导滤波放大组件的增益为30dB±0.2dB,回波损耗约为20dB;而组件的噪声温度仅为8K^9K。The research of high -temperature superconducting （HTS） filter and front -end module for deep space network （DSN） was presented in the paper. The HTS filter, without any trimming after fabrication, shows a return loss of 25.16dB and a VSWR as low as 1.12. The insertion loss of the HTS filter is about 0.04dB and the out - of - band attenuation is better than 115dB. The module of the HTS filter and the low temperature amplifier shows a gain of 30±0.2dB, a return loss of 20dB and a noise temperature of 8 -9K.
