摘　　要：总结BOD5、CODCr测定方法的发展,简述测定BOD5/CODCr3种方法,即经典测定方法(国标法)、快速测定方法(紫外分光光度法)和实时测定方法(近红外光谱法)的基本原理,并比较3种测定方法的优化趋势。The development of assay methods for BOD5 and CODCr was summarized. The basic principles of three assay methods for BOD5 and CODCr, including classic assay method （national standard method）, rapid assay method （UV speetrophotometry） and real time assay method （near infrared spectrometry） were introduced in brief, and the optimized tendency of three assay methods was compared.
