摘　　要：本文从军队中小医院建设发展实际出发,分析了医院建设中存在的思想观念、遂行多样化保障任务能力、人才队伍和学科平台建设、以及基础建设等方面的具体问题,提出了军队中小医院建设发展的具体对策,以期通过不断加强思想政治建设、军事斗争卫勤准备、为部队服务、质量效益、人才队伍和学科建设等各项工作实现医院的可持续性发展。On the basis of development of middle and minor hospital, the problems were analyzed in thoughts, earrying out multiple logistic missions, construction of human resource and subject platinum, basic construction, etc. And then the measures were proposed as strengthening the works of politic education, military health service for battles and the army, medical quality, human resource and subject platinum to achieve the goal of hospital continuous development.
