雷达图法的改进及其在军队医院卫勤信息化评价中的应用

摘　　要：目的:通过改进使雷达图法不仅能够用于定性评价也可用于定量评价,并将其应用于军队医院卫勤信息化测评。方法:将指标体系"投影"到雷达图上,以雷达图数轴长度表示指标值,以其夹角表示指标权重,通过提取雷达图平均面积和周长计算评价值。结论:这种雷达图法的改进比较成功,将此法用于军队医院卫勤信息化水平评价效果理想。Objective ：The radar chart method was improved so as to be used for the qualitative evaluation as well as the quantitative evaluation, and it can be applied in health service information - based evaluation of military hospitals. Methods：The index system was projected to the radar chart with the number axis length as index＇s value and the number axis＇ included angle as indexes weight. The value was determined through extracting average area and average perimeter of the chart. Conclusions：The improved radar chart method has been successfully used in the health service information- based evaluation of military hospitals, and has obtained an ideal effect.
