摘　　要：本文阐述了医学人文科学的属性,针对当前医疗机构及医务人员中存在的一些现实问题,分析了临床医学人文精神缺失的现象,提出了在临床实践中加强医学人文关怀的办法,包括用人文知识培育医务人员的职业意识,用人文管理规范医务人员的职业行为和用人文服务改善医患之间的关系等。The attributes of Humane Science in the medicine field were discussed, and according to the problems in the medical institutions and medical staff nowadays, the author analyzed the phenomenon of the lack of humanistic spirits in clinical practice, and proposed some solutions as cultivating service sense in medical staff, regulating the behavior, and perfecting the relationship between doctors and patients.
