刘道衡《上杜公书》剖析

摘　　要：《上杜公书》不是刘道衡呈文的原件,而是刘道衡已经流落缅甸时期编辑诗文集时的文稿副本的传抄本,到沙元的文稿抄件已经是第四次抄本,早已不具有杜文秀大理政权帅府文献的价值,用现代语言说,就是不具有法律效力的材料,不能作为评论杜文秀大理政权外交政策的证据或依据。在刘道衡诗文集文稿末所抄录的"大元帅批"文,也看不出是否是"大元帅批"文的原貌。刘道衡呈送《上杜公书》后,并没有移送帅府内阁审议,并对审议结果作出裁定。仅有杜文秀个人对他文章的评论,称之为"古文好手",没有涉及他的献策内容,更谈不上是否采纳他的献议,刘道衡谋求出任大理政权派赴英缅专使的企图也落空。Liu Daoheng＇ s ＂Letter to the Revered Mr. Du＂ was not an original one, and instead it was a transcribed version when Liu was stranding in Myanmar. That is to say, ＂Liu Daoheng＇ s Letter to the Revered Mr. Du＂ did not possess official document＇ s val- ue; and it naturally could not be regarded as a ground in making assessment to Du Wenxiu＇ s Dali Administration. From ＂Collection of Liu Daoheng＇ s Poem＇or ＂Collection of Liu Daoheng＇ s Article＂ in which the article of ＂Instructions from Generalissimo＂, we can not find its original appearance. In addition, Liu＇ s letter was not discussed by the then Cabinet Ministers, nor was there any proves to show the result of discussion. As a consequence, the so-called ＂good hand in article writing＂ was Liu＇ s own comment, and whose attempt as an envoy from the Dali Administrative Office to British Myanmar failed eventually.
