呼和浩特市回族人口就业状况论析

摘　　要：从呼和浩特市回族与蒙古族、满族在人口就业状况方面的对比分析可以看出,回族的整体科学文化素质特别是青少年的科学文化素质亟待提高,唯有如此,才能较好地改善就业结构,提高就业率。解决这一问题,不仅对文章所研究地区,而且对全国回族聚居的地区,特别是对回族聚居的广大西部地区回族人口就业都具有普遍意义。Result of analysis made to employment status of the Hui, the Mongol and the Manchu shows that the Hui＇ s overall cultural quality is comparatively weak. Hence, only by making an improvement to the Hui people＇ s culture could we make a change of the present employment structure and enhance the Hui＇s employment rate. The paper deems that the solving of this issue could exert a great significance to the region. Most importantly, the promotion of the Hui＇s cultural knowledge has a universal significance to the Hui-inhabited areas in whole China, with China＇ s northwest region in particular.
