摘 要:以石灰石为主体原料,添加矿渣、钢渣、石膏等辅助材料可制备出一种不需煅烧的石灰石基无熟料水泥。该水泥中石灰石掺量可达40%—60%,所有技术性能均可符合GB/T 3183—2003砌筑水泥的国家标准。其水化产物主要是水化碳铝酸钙、钙矾石和C-S-H凝胶。石灰石在水泥水化过程中一部分形成了水化碳铝酸钙水化产物,其余部分被水化产物所包裹起集料骨架作用。Limestone based non-clinker cement was prepared with limestone as the main raw material, and slag, steel slag, gypsum, and others as support materials, but without a calcination process. The limestone in the cement reached up to 40 % to 60% and all the technical properties are in line w^th the GB/T 3183--2003 Masonry Cement of the National Standards. The main hydration products are carbon-calcium aluminate, AFt and C-S-H gel. During the hydration, partial limestone forms carbon calcium alumina-hydration products, and the rest is packaged by the hydration products and plays a skeleton role.
