摘 要:以烧结法赤泥与拜耳法赤泥2种赤泥为原料制备了多孔陶瓷滤球,研究了2种赤泥在化学组成、烧失量上的互补性,以及赤泥总添加量、2种赤泥的配比、烧成温度等对样品的烧成温度范围、显气孔率、压碎强度、耐酸耐碱性、显微结构等的影响。理化性能和显微结构测试表明,2种赤泥联合使用比用单一赤泥制备的多孔陶瓷滤球的性能更优。赤泥总添加量达质量分数50%、烧结法赤泥(S)∶拜耳法赤泥(B)(S∶B)=1∶1.2时,样品烧成温度为1100℃,显气孔率为37.58%,吸水率为20.44%,体积密度为1.84 kg/m3,压碎强度为26.6 MPa,耐酸性为89.17%,耐碱性为99.76%。2种赤泥添加比例不同则样品的主晶相不同,气孔呈三维连通状均布于样品中,具有优良的过滤性能。Porous ceramic filtration materials have been made by sintered red mud and Bayer red mud as main materials. The complementarities of these two kinds of red mud in chemical compositions and ignition loss (IL) were researched. The range of firing temperatures, porosity, crushing strength, acid resistance, alkali resistance and microstructure were characterized as a function of total contents of red mud, content ratios of two kinds of red mud and firing temperatures. The results show that porous ceramic filtration materials made from these two kinds of red mud are superior to those made from either of them. The porosity (Pa) is 37.58%, water absorption (Wa) is 20.44%, bulk density (D) is 1.84 kg/m^3, crushing strength is 26.6 MPa, acid resistance is 89.17%, alkali resistance is 99.76%, when the sample is fired at 1 100 ℃ with 50% total content of red mud in which S:B (sintered red mud to Bayer red mud) is 1 : 1.2. The pores are three-dimensionally bonded of distributing uniformity, which possess excellent filtrability. The crystalline phases are different with different content ratios of red mud.
