摘 要:生物质具有来源广泛,产量大,热值高等特点。因此,利用锯末具有高发热量与烧失量的特点,将锯末作为造孔剂制备轻质高强高孔洞率的烧结制品。通过热分析、抗压强度、体积密度、显气孔率与显微结构等指标,研究了烧成制度对粉煤灰-页岩烧结制品性能的影响。试验结果表明:体积掺量为10%的锯末掺入到粉煤灰-页岩体系中有利于增加烧结制品的显气孔率,降低烧结制品的体积密度与烧成收缩率,但制品的抗压强度下降幅度较高,使烧结制品的显微结构疏松,多孔。利用体积掺量为10%的锯末掺入到粉煤灰-页岩体系中可制备出抗压强度为12.3 MPa,体积密度为1.32g/cm3,显气孔率达到42.4%的烧结制品。Biomass has characteristics of extensive sources, high production and high heat. Therefore, sawdust, as a poreforming agent, can prepare sintered product with lightweight, high strength and high porosity due to ealorific value and loss of sawdust. This paper researched the effect of sintered system on technological properties of sintered fly ash-shale product according to combustion characteristic of saw dust, by thermal analysis, compressive strength, volume density, apparent porosity and microstructure. The results show that incorporation of 10 percentage of sawdust (in volume) increased apparent porosity, and decreased volume density and sintered shrinkage rate. Besides, sawdust causes a sharp decrease of compressive strength, and incompact and porous microstructure. The sintered sample with 10 percentage of sawdust (in volume) has a compressive strength of 12.3 MPa, apparent porosity of 42.4 % and volume density of 1.32 g/cm^3.
