Structure and Spectral Analysis of Diopside Glass Ceramics Doped by Samarium(Ⅲ) and Terbium(Ⅲ)

摘  要:制备了以枝晶状透辉石为主晶相的Sm3+、Tb3+激活发光微晶玻璃,采用X射线衍射仪、电子探针、荧光光谱仪研究了该微晶玻璃的结构及发光性能。结果表明:稀土离子的引入对晶相种类没有影响。Sm3+、Tb3+共掺的微晶玻璃发射与激发光谱由2种离子的特征谱线共同构成,2种离子之间互不影响。激发光在350—385 nm和475—500 nm波段时,Sm3+与Tb3+同时受激发出红、蓝绿色混合光。稀土离子的分布状态为均匀分散在玻璃相与晶相中,并未出现稀土离子富集于某一相或相界面的情况。Sm^3+ ,Tb^3+ doped CaO-MgO-SiO2 luminescent glass ceramics were prepared by the melting-quenching method. The structure and luminescent properties of the glass ceramics were studied by X-ray diffraction, electron probe micro-analyzer and fluorescence spectra. The results indicate that the introduction of rare earth nearly had no influence on the sample structure. The fluorescence spectra of the glass ceramics doped with Sm^3+ , Tb^3+ were induced by the two ions separately, no visible emission transitions between Tb^3+ and Sm^3+ was found. The glass ceramics can emit mixed light of red, green and blue light under the excitation of 350--385 nm and 475--500 nm. The rare earth dispersed homogenously in glass and crystal phases.
