摘 要:由于水泥净浆热处理后得到的活化水泥浆的胶凝性能与普通硅酸盐水泥的胶凝性能相差甚远,为了改善其胶凝性能,实验使用一定量的石膏和粉煤灰作为改性剂,对活化水泥浆进行改性处理,研究了改性后活化水泥浆的胶凝性能,包括凝结时间、标准稠度需水量和抗压强度,并通过XRD和SEM的微观分析对活化水泥浆的再水化过程进行了分析。试验表明:石膏和粉煤灰组成改性剂能延长活化水泥浆的初凝时间,增强其抗压强度,但不能减少活化水泥浆的标准稠度需水量。There is a big difference in cementations characteristics between ordinary Portland cement and activated cement paste, which is made from hydrated cement paste subjected to high temperatures. In order to change its cementations characteristics, this paper uses a certain amount of fly and gypsum as a kind of modifying addition to modify the activated cement paste and evaluated its cementation characteristics, including the initial setting times, the water requirements of standard consistency and the compressive strength, then analyzes the process of the re-hydration of activated cement paste through the microanalysis of XRD and SEM. The results show that the modifying addition composed of fly and gypsum can extend the initial setting times of the activated cement paste, and also can enhance its compressive strength, but almost have nothing to do in reducing the water requirements of standard.
