膝关节镜手术患者早期康复护理的探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨膝关节镜手术患者术后行早期康复护理的效果。方法将69例膝关节镜手术患者随机分为康复组36例和对照组33例。康复组采用早期康复护理流程进行护理,对照组采用常规护理方法。4w后用Lysholm膝关节评分标准对两组患者的康复效果进行评价。结果两组患者Lysholm膝关节评分比较存在统计学差异,其中康复组评分优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论早期系统的康复训练是取得膝关节镜术后功能恢复不可缺少的重要措施。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of early rehabilitation nursing in the treatment of patients undergoing knee arthroscopy. Methods 69 patients undergoing knee arthroscopy were randomly divided into rehabilitation group （36 cases） and control group （33 cases）. The patients in the rehabilitation group were cared with early rehabilitation nursing and the patients in the control group received routine nursing. After four-week treatment, the rehabilitation effects in the two groups were evaluated by Lysholm criterion for knee joint function. Result Lysholm knee scores of rehabilitation group were significantly improved comparing with control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Early rehabilitation training system is an important and indispensable measure to restore knee joint function of patients treated by knee arthroscopy.
