康惠尔溃疡粉和百多邦治疗老年患者压疮的效果比较

摘　　要：目的比较康惠尔溃疡粉和百多邦治疗老年患者压疮的效果。方法将2005年3月～2007年2月本科室发生压疮的46例老年患者,按照病例号尾数的奇偶数分为实验组和对照组,每组各23例,实验组采用康惠尔溃疡粉治疗,对照组采用百多邦治疗。比较两组患者治疗效果和创面平均愈合天数。结果两组患者治疗效果和创面平均愈合天数,经统计学分析,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论与百多邦比较康惠尔溃疡粉用于治疗老年患者压疮,更有利于创面上皮细胞的再生,加速了伤口的愈合过程,可明显缩短愈合天数。Objective To compare the effects of Comfeel and Mupirocin Ointments on bedsores in elderly patients. Methods 46 elderly patients with bedsore from March 2005 to February 2007 evenly randomized into the Comfeel experiment group and the Mupiroein Ointment control group according to their odd or even number. The healing rate and the mean healing duration of bedsore were compared. Results There were significant differences between the two groups. The value of healing rate and the mean healing duration of bedsore in experiment group were statistically better than the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Comfeel is better than Mupirocin Ointment in treating bedsore.
