仙人掌加蛋清外敷治疗流行性腮腺炎效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察仙人掌捣烂加蛋清外敷治疗流行性腮腺炎的疗效。方法将42例患者随机分成治疗组24例和对照组18例。治疗组采用仙人掌捣烂加蛋清外敷联合内科常规治疗,对照组单用内科常规治疗。观察治疗后两组患者治疗有效率。结果治疗组总有效率为95.8%,对照组为66.7%,两组比较,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论采用仙人掌捣烂加蛋清外敷联合内科常规治疗流行性腮腺炎,优于单用内科常规治疗,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the curative effect of external application of mashed cactus mixed with egg white in epidemic mumps. Methods 42 patients with epidemic mumps were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 24 patients in the treatment group were treated, besides conventional medicine treatment, with external application of mashed cactus mixed with egg white and 18 patients in the control group only with conventional medicine treatment. Clinical symptoms, complications, routine blood test and urine starch enzymes were observed and compared between pre-and post-treatment. Results The total effective rates of the treatment group and control one were 95.8% and 66.7%, respectively, with statistical significance （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions External application of mashed cactus mixed with egg white is more effective in the treatment of epidemic mumps than conventional medication alone. It is worth popularizing clinically.
