摘  要:目的探讨高强度运动对大鼠胃排空及胃动素(MOT)、胃泌素(GAS)的影响及中药的干预作用。方法Wistar大鼠分成5组:空白对照组、低强度运动量组、高强度运动量组、高强度运动量加升降方高、低剂量组。用酚红测定法测定胃排空,放射免疫法检测血清GAS、血浆MOT的含量。结果与空白对照组比较,低强度运动组的体重、胃排空率、GAS含量无差异(P>0.05),MOT升高(P<0.05);高强度运动组大鼠体重明显降低(P<0.01),胃排空率、GAS、MOT含量明显下降(P<0.05)。高强度运动量加升降方高、低剂量组的体重、胃排空率、GAS、MOT含量较高强度运动组均明显升高(P<0.05)。结论高强度运动对大鼠胃排空有抑制作用,并可使血清GAS和血浆MOT下降,升降方可拮抗高强度运动对大鼠胃排空的抑制,升高GAS和MOT水平。Objective To study the effect of high-intensity exercise on gastric emptying, motilin (MOT) and gastrin (GAS) in rats and the preventive effect of Shengjiang Fang. Methods Wistar rats were divided into 5 groups: control group, low-intensity or high-intensity exercise groups, and high-intensity exercise plus low-dose or high-dose of Shengjiang Fang groups. Gastric emptying ratios were measured by phenol red assay method, and the GAS and MOT contents were measured by radioimmunoassay method. Results Compared with the control group, for low intensity exercise group, the body weight, the gastric emptying ratio, GAS content had no difference (P〉0. 05), MOT increased(P〈 0. 05) ; for high-intensity exercise group, the body weight significantly decreased (P〈0. 01), the gastric emptying ratio and the GAS and MOT contents decreased (P〈0. 05). Compared with the high-intensity exercise group, the body weight, the gastric emptying ratio and the GAS and MOT contents in high-intensity exercise plus low- or high-dose of Shengjiang Fang groups significantly increased (P〈 0. 05). Conclusion The high-intensity exercise can inhibit gastric emptying of the rats,and decrease the contents of GAS and MOT. Shengjiang Fang can antagonize the inhibitory effect of the high-intensity exercise on gastric emptying and increase the GAS and MOT contents in rats.
