摘 要:机械制粉工艺是制造粉状乳化炸药的有效技术途径之一,但产品易吸湿、结块。为改善其抗结块性,分别研究了表面活性剂、无机盐、固体粉末的影响效果。结果表明,水相中添加无机盐是最有效的抗结块方法,尤其是添加复合无机盐与阴离子型表面活性剂的产品具有良好的储存性能与热安定性,并且爆炸性能与喷雾制粉工艺产品接近,优于二号岩石铵锑炸药。The mechanical pulverization technics is an effective way to produce powdery emulsion explosive (PEE), but the PEE is easy to moisturing and caking. In order to improve the caking capacity of the PEE, the effect of surfactants, inorganic additives and solid powder is compared. The result shows that it is the most efficient way in anti-caking of the PEE which is adding special inorganic salt in the ammonium nitrate solution. Especially when the special inorganic salt composition and anionic surfactants are both employed, the PEE has the better anti-caking performance,better storage stability and thermal stability performance. At the same time the detonation properties of the PEE which is produced from mechanical pulverization technics with the new formula is near to the performance of the conventional PEE, and is better than that of the traditional AN-TNT containing explosive.
