摘　　要：针对废炸药烧毁过程中由燃烧转爆轰的事故,对比了炸药燃烧和爆轰反应,揭示了两者的关系,分析了燃烧转爆轰的规律及条件,在结合多年来安全组织实施大量废炸药烧毁的经验基础上,获得了对安全销毁废炸药的启示,对安全烧毁废炸药具有实际指导意义。On account of the accidents in the burning out of the abandoned explosives, this paper, comparing the combustion of explosives with its detonation, reveals their relations as well as the rules and conditions leading to the transformation between them, and summarizes the enlightenments of this revelation to the safe destruction of the abandoned explosives on the basis of much experience in the safe burning out for years.
