Comparative Study on Human Capital Formation Model of Pearl River Delta,Yangtze River Delta and Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region

摘  要:人力资本在经济发展的过程中发挥着重要的作用,对收入方程的实证检验可以研究人力资本形成过程中各主要因素的贡献。通过运用面板数据对三大经济带的研究发现,工作前后所形成的经验对人力资本的作用方式与作用强度存在较大差异,文章分别运用混合效应模型、固定效应模型和随机效应模型对分解前后的Mincer收入方程进行了检验,发现区域因素通过工作后经验影响三个地区的人力资本形成,并显示出不同的特征。The human capital plays the vital role in the economic developing; and the mode of the human capital growth will determine the sustainability of the region economy. From the Mincer's income equation, we can examine the contribution of each primary factor. U- sing panel data in studying the three big economical belts: Beijing and Tianjin Hebei, the Changjiang triangle and the Zhujiang triangle, we discovered that, it is n^essary to disassemble the experiences further, it means that there are different in the mode and grade in the experiences before and after current job. In this article we use the mix effect model, the fixed effect model and the random effect model to examine the decomposed Mincer income equation. On the basic analysis model, we introduces dummy variable in the mix effect model foundation to carry on the analysis in this article, for the clearer research region effect to the human capital, style and degree. We discovered that the region's effect on the human capital act on the experience after the currant job, from the result we can see that there obviously different among the there economic belts.
