摘　　要：目的评价心电轴改良目测法的临床应用价值。方法分别应用心电轴改良目测法和查表法对273例心电图的心电轴进行测定并作对照分析。结果心电轴改良目测法和查表法无明显差异。结论在临床应用中,心电轴的测定可以应用改良目测法。AIM To evaluate the clinical value of a simple visual method of cardiac electric axis. METHODS The mean cardiac electric axes of 273 electrocardiogram （ECG） were measured by the simple visual method of cardiac electric axis and the results were compared with those of the table-look-up method. RESULTS No significant differences in the assessment of cardiac electric axis were found between the simple visual method and the table-look-up. CONCLUSION The simple visual method of cardiac electric axis can be used clinically in measuring the degrees of the mean cardiac electric axes.
