摘  要:目的建立一种离子对高效液相色谱快速分离和测定依诺沙星、环丙沙星、氟罗沙星、诺氟沙星、司帕沙星的方法。方法采用HypersilODS2柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),流动相为11mmol.L-1四丁基溴化铵溶液(含0.5%三乙胺)-乙腈(96:4)用冰醋酸调pH为4.2,流速1.0mL.min-1,检测波长280nm。结果在20min内5种氟喹诺酮类药物(fluoroquinolones,FQS)分离完全,线性范围分别为依诺沙星和诺氟沙星为4~100μg.mL-1,环丙沙星和氟罗沙星为5~90μg.mL-1,司帕沙星为8~100μg.mL-1(r>0.9994),检测限依诺沙星和诺氟沙星为0.8μg.mL-1,环丙沙星为1.0μg.mL-1,氟罗沙星为0.9μg.mL-1,司帕沙星为1.2μg.mL-1。结论本方法简便快速、准确、重复性好。OBJECTIVE To establish an ion pair-HPLC with fast separation and determination of enoxaein, ciprofloxacin, fleroxaein,norfloxaein and sparfloxaein. METHODS Hypersil ODS2 eollumn (4. 6 mm × 150 mm,5um ) was used with 11mmol·L^-1 tetrabutylammonimn bromide solution (0.5% triethylamine)-aeetonitrile (96: 4) pH4.2 used by acetic acid as the mobile phase with a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min^-1 and UV wavelength was set at 280 nm. RESULTS Five fluoroquinolones have been separated completely in 20 minutes. The linear range of enoxacin and norfloxaein was 4 - 100 g·mL^-1 , for ciprofloxacin and fleroxacin it was 5 - 90g·mL^-1 , for sparfloxaein it was 8 - 100 ug·mL^-1 ( r 〉 0. 999 4 ). The detection limit of enoxaein and norfloxacin was 0.8ug·mL^-1,for ciprofloxacin it was 1.0ug·mL^-1, for fleroxacin it was 0.9ug·mL^-1 , for sparfloxacin it was 1.2ug·mL^-1 CONCLUSION The method is simple, rapid, accurate and reproducible.
