摘 要:本文采用四氯化锡作为催化剂催化合成乳酸仲丁酯。此法"三废"排放少,产率较高,比传统用浓硫酸做催化剂优越很多。通过实验得出四氯化锡催化合成乳酸仲丁酯的最佳反应条件是:酸醇摩尔比为1:3,即取乳酸(化学纯,85%)7.6ml,仲丁醇24.5ml;催化剂用量为2.0g,反应时间2.5h,以甲苯为带水剂,在此条件下可以得到乳酸仲丁酯的产率为75.6%。In this paper, tin tetrachloride as a catalyst of see-acid-butyl. This method “three wastes” less emissions, a higher yield than the traditional use concentrated sulfuric acid catalyst to do a lot of advantages.Through experiments that tin tetrachloride catalytic synthesis of 1 sec-acid-butyl the best conditions are: lactic acid (chemical pure, content 85% )cases, the lactic acid of 1:3 see-butyl alcohol, to 2.0 grams of catalyst, the reaction time limited to 2.5 hours suitable. Toluene used to bring water. Under these conditions can be see-acid-butyl 1 the yield was 76.4 percent.
