205例股骨粗隆间骨折疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨股骨粗隆间骨折治疗效果。方法:对205例分别采用麦氏鹅头钉(66例)、滑动式鹅头钉(74例)和Gamma钉(65例)治疗的患者进行回顾性比较分析。结果:术后随访5个月～3年,平均13个月。优良率分别为麦氏鹅头钉77.27%、滑动式鹅头钉90.5%、Gamma钉92.3%。结论:麦氏鹅头钉由于创伤大、出血量多、稳定性差、易出现髋内翻已弃用。滑动式鹅头钉虽创伤较大,但固定牢固。Gamma钉创伤最小稳定性好。可根据骨折的具体情况选择滑动式鹅头钉或Gamma钉。Objective ：To improve the therapeutic effect of interochanteric fracture.Methods： 205 patients treated by Melaughhn nail plate（66 cases） , sliding hip screw（74 cases）, Gamma nail（65 cases） respectively were eondueted comparison and analysis retrospectively. Results：The patients were followed up from 5 months to 3 years,average 13 months. The excellent rates were 77.27% for Mclaughlin nail plate,90.5% for sliding hip screw,92.3% for Gamma nail.Conelusion：Beeause of big trauma,more haemorrhage,bad stablility and eoxa vara,Melaughlin nail pate has been deserted. Sliding hip serew has bigger trauma, but has fast fixation. Camma has both smallest trauma and best stabitity.So according to different fracture ,either sliding hip serew or Camma ean be chosen.
