芪参益气滴丸对冠心病病人体表心电图ST-T的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察芪参益气滴丸对冠心病病人体表心电图ST-T的影响。方法:2006年1月～2008年9月124例确诊为冠心病的门诊病人,口服芪参益气滴丸0.5g,1日3次,连用30天,观察用药前后心电图改变。结果:治疗后缺血型ST-T明显改善,总有效率为80.95%,P<0.05。结论:芪参益气滴丸能够明显减轻冠心病病人的心肌缺血,改善心功能,提高生活质量和运动耐量。Objective：To observe the influence of Qishenyiqi Dropping Pills on ST-T of surface ECG in the patient with coronary heart disease. Methods ：124 outpatients with confirmed diagnosis from Jan. 2006 to Sept. 2008 orally took Qishenyiqi Dropping Pills, 0.5g,t.i.d. ,for 30d. The changes of ECG before and after drug administration were observed. Results：After treatment, ischemie ST-T im- proved markedly with the total effective rate of 80.95%（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： Qishenyiqi Dropping Pills can reduce myocardial isehemia in coronary heart disease, improve heart function, and increase the quality of life and exercise tolerance.
