摘 要:低温胁迫试验结果表明,东亚砂藓与毛尖紫萼藓的过氧化物酶(POD)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)对低温的适应机制不同,东亚砂藓的POD活性比毛尖紫萼藓的变化幅度大,而毛尖紫萼藓的SOD活性比东亚砂藓的变化幅度大。而且均表现为处理前期活性变化幅度较大,低温胁迫处理的酶活性要高于对照;后期则趋于平稳,与对照差异较小。The experimental results showed that POD and SOD in Grimmia pilifera and Racomitrium canescens showed different adaptable mechanisms to low temperature. Racomitrium canesces had greater variation in the activity of POD and less variation in SOD activity than Grimmia pilifera. The changing amplitude of the POD and SOD activities were larger at prephase of treatment and the enzyme activities of the low - temperature treatment were higher than those of the control; but at the anaphase, the changes of the enzyme activities were smoother and there were no significant differences among the treatments.
