摘  要:以欧洲甜樱桃红灯5年生健壮植株为试材,研究了培养基中蔗糖及不同抗生素配比对外植体茎段培养污染率的影响。结果表明:无蔗糖培养基能显著降低染菌率,外植体在无糖培养基中最佳培养时间为7天,利福平和氯霉素能很好地抑制菌类物质活性,降低茎段培养的污染率,二者浓度均为100 mg/L时获得无菌成活苗的几率最高,氯霉素、利福平最佳浓度组合为100 mg/L利福平+50 mg/L氯霉素。100 mg/L利福平+50 mg/L氯霉素的无糖培养基处理外植体时,污染率为0,成活率为90%。The five- year old European sweet cherty ' Hongdeng' was taken as material. The factors such as the existence or absence of sugar in the culture medium and different kinds of antibiotics were taken into consideration to resolve the pollution during the stem segment culture. The results were as follows. The absence of sugar could reduce the pollution percent remarkably. The best period in the culture medium without sugar for the explants was 7 days. Compared with Ampicillin,Kanamycin Sulfate and Gentamycin Sulfate, Rifampin and Chloramghenicol could restrain the activity of bacteria and reduce the pollution better. The livability was the highest when their concentrations were both 100 mg/L. The best combination was 100 mg/L Ri- fampin + 50 mg/L Chloramghenicol. The treatment with non - sugar, 100 mg/L Rifampin and 50 mg/L Chloramghenicol could reduce the pollution percent to 0 and rise the livability to 90%.
