摘 要:大田种植条件下,台湾75毛豆结荚25d之前以荚皮的增长为主,豆粒的快速增长始于结荚后30d,豆荚鲜重结荚后35—40d最高,30-45d维持较高水平,豆粒鲜重在结荚后35-45d最高,30—50d维持较高水平;结荚后30~40d,豆粒水分含量比豆荚低,结荚后45d始与豆荚水分含量持平,两者水分含量均在60%左右;结荚后30~40d之间品尝评分较高,其中结荚后35d最高。从豆荚重、豆粒重及品尝评分几个方面得出,台湾75毛豆在青岛地区的适宜收获期为结荚后30~40d。The soybean cuhivar Taiwan 75 planted in field showed mainly the growth of pod husk in 25 days after podding, while the kernel developed rapidly from the thirty day after podding. The fresh weight of pod maintained a higher level during DAP ( days after podding) 30 to 45, while that of kernel was during DAP 30 to 50. The water content of kernel was lower than that of pod during DAP 30 to 40, but they were equal af- ter DAP 45 and both were about 60%. The tasting score during DAP 30 to 40 was higher and that in DAP 35 was the highest. So the suitable harvesting time for fresh - eating soybean cuhivar Taiwan 75 was DAP 30 to 40 in Qingdao.
