摘 要:为了探讨元胞自动机(CA)方法模拟析出相粒子对材料晶粒长大过程影响的应用,在现有晶粒长大CA模型的基础上,综合应用曲率驱动机制和能量驱动机制,建立了适合于含有析出相粒子材料和具有新转变规则的晶粒长大模型,应用该模型对含有不同体积分数析出相粒子的材料晶粒长大过程进行了仿真模拟和定量分析。结果表明:所建模型能够较准确地反映析出相粒子对晶粒长大过程影响的基本规律,且更加敏感地反映了析出相粒子体积分数对晶粒长大过程的影响;随着析出相粒子体积分数的逐渐增加,晶界脱钉现象不易发生且晶粒长大指数不断减小。Based on the ordinary grain growth models and synthetically considered curvature driving mechanism and energy driving one, a cellular automaton (CA) model with a novel transition rule for grain growth of material containing precipitate particle was established and the feasibility of simulating the grain growth of the material by CA method was examined. The influences of volume fractions of precipitate particles on process of grain growth of the materials was simulated and analysized by the model. The results show that the model can better simulate the effects of the particle on grain growth, especially being sensitivity to the effects of volume fractions of the particles. With gradual increase of the particle' s volume fraction, the phenomenon that grain boundary escapes from the particle' s pinning takes place difficultly and the index of grain growth reduces continually.
