摘 要:通过静态和动态试验研究了单独使用双1,6-亚己基三胺五亚甲基膦酸(BHMTPMPA)及其与磁场的协同阻垢性能。利用扫描电子显微镜表征了水垢试样中的碳酸钙晶型。试验结果表明:磁场与BHMTPMPA的协同作用可提高阻垢率;在BHMTPMPA的投加量为0.5mg/L时,磁场与BHMTPMPA协同作用比BHMTPMPA单独作用时静态阻垢率可提高24.9%;在BHMTPMPA的投加量为2.0mg/L时,磁场与BHMTPMPA协同作用比BHMTPMPA单独作用时动态阻垢率提高13.7%。SEM分析结果表明:磁场与BHMTPMPA协同可使CaCO3晶体边缘较圆滑,扭曲现象更加明显。The scale-inhibition performance of single Bis(Hexamethylene Triamine Penta(Methylene Phosphonic Acid))(BHMTPMPA) and the synergistic scale-inhibition effect of it and magnetic field were studied through static and dynamic tests. The calcium carbonate crystal samples were characterized by means of SEM. The results of the tests showed that: the scale inhibition effect of BHMTPMPA could be enhanced by the synergism with magnetic field. When the dosage of BHMTPMPA was 0.5 mg/L, the static scale-inhibition rate by synergistic reaction between BHMTPMPA and magnetic field was 24.9% higher than that by the only BHMTPMPA; when the dosage of BHMTPMPA was 2.0 mg/L, the dynamic scale-inhibition rate by synergistic reaction between BHMTPMPA and magnetic field was 13.7% higher than that by the only BHMTPMPA. The SEM results showed that: The synergism between magnetic field and BHMTPMPA could cause the edge of the calcium carbonate crystal more smooth and the distortion phenomenon more obvious.
