摘　　要：实际上,申请"破产保护"看起来是一种最坏的结果,代价似乎很大。但好处是政府会继续扶持通用汽车的新公司。通用汽车的新公司将带着优质资产重新轻装运作。Bankruptcy Protection seems like a last way to choose,however,after that,federal government will support the new branch of GM continuously,thus it' s much easier for GM to operate with optimized assets.
