摘　　要：目的探讨加强医院固定资产管理的有效途径,提高配置效率,增强医院的竞争力。方法建立管理机构规范采购,加强固定资产的使用、维护、盘点、报废手续等细节管理。建立健全的管理和内部审计制度。完善计算机网络管理系统。结果健全了固定资产管理的各种制度,实现了医院固定资产保值和增值。结论加强医院固定资产管理是维护医院利益的有效途径。Objective To explore the effective way of enhancing the management of hospital＇s fixed assets. Improving the efficiency of resource allocation and enhancing their competitiveness. Methods Establishing the regulatory body and canonical stocking. Enhancing the using, maintenance, inventory check and scrap of fixed assets. Establishing perfect management and internal audit system. Perfecting the computer network management system. Results All kinds of system were establishing and realization the maintenance and value increase of fixed assets. Conclusion enhancing the management of hospital＇s fixed assets is the effective ways to defending benefits of hospital.
