摘　　要：目的采用各种综合措施降低胰十二指肠切除术后胰瘘的发生。方法常规手术组23例,综合措施组61例,观察两组手术后胰瘘的发生率,胰瘘引起的病死率。结果采用综合措施组胰十二指肠切除术后胰瘘的发生率明显降低,无病死率。结论采用严格的胰肠吻合,胰液外引流,肠内营养,预防性应用生长抑素,充分的腹腔引流,能明显降低胰十二指肠切除术后胰瘘的发生。Objective To take general measures for decreasing of incidence of pancreatic leak postpancreatoduodenectomy. Methods The incidence of pancreatic leak and the mortality caused by pancreatic leak were compared among the group of traditional management and the group of general measures. Results The incidence of pancreatic leak postpancreatoduodenectomy marked decrease and the mortality was not occurred in the group of general measures,Conclusions The incidence of pancreatic leak postpanereatoduodenectomy significantly decrease in the group of general measures using careful pancreaticojejunostomy, total pancreatic duct drainage, enteral nutrition,giving somatostatin and abdominal drainage effectively.
