浅谈我国科技期刊发展的着力点

摘　　要：从数量上来看,我国已成为世界科技期刊出版第二大国,但并不是科技期刊出版强国。与世界高水平的科技期刊相比,我国的科技期刊无论在学术水平、经营模式,还是在运作机制上都存在较大的差距,并未充分反映我国科学技术的研究水平,无法满足科研人员和市场的需求。针对我国科技期刊发展中存在的主要问题,提出应从三个方面入手,即由维持到盈利、由分散到集中、由传统到开放,全面提升我国科技期刊的整体水平。The amount of sci-tech periodicals in China is the second in the world, but the technicality, management, and operation of sci-tech periodicals in China are weaker. The sci-tech periodicals in China do not reflect the sci-teeh level of China, do not meet the need of the technologist and sci-tech market. To solve the difficulties of sci-tech periodicals in China, the changes must he carried out in three aspects that are from maintaining to payoff, from decentralization to centralization, from tradition to opening. The whole level of sci-tech periodicals in China can he advanced by these efforts.
